How can I update the additional cardholder details?

    When I logged in to my credit card today, the entry banner warned me to check and update "Additional cardholder" details due to an upcoming change in the way that Internet transactions are confirmed.

    On logging in, I was unable to find the menu for doing this.

    The FAQ states: If you have an additional cardholder on your account you can update their contact details via Online Banking by selecting ‘Additional card holder’ from the menu.

    Unfortunately it seems that no such menu exists:

    (For the avoidance of doubt, my wife has been an additional cardholder since time immemorial).

    Hi @zaphod!

    When you log into online banking please select the arrow displayed beside your account balance > select the 'More' option on the next page > select 'Additional cardholders.'

    From there you'll be able to check and amend your additional cardholder details. Once their mobile number is added on then we'll send a one-time passcode by SMS to them when they need to authenticate online purchases.
