Card locked (again)

    My Internet connection dropped just as I was entering the OTP to pay for a booking. Now it appears that my card is locked. Again. My only course of action seems to be to phone customer services. When I do that, I get “We’re extremely busy at the moment, please call back on Tuesday or Wednesday” (it’s Monday).

    Come on Tesco, this is awful customer service. When is there going to be an option in the Tesco Bank app, to unlock our card?

    I can imagine how frustrating this must be and I will pass your comments along as feedback.

    If you call the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) they'll be able to resolve this for you.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
