Hi there I`ve recently purchased a used car using my Tesco credit card. Within a few days It`s developed a few faults. I contacted the company about the faults but the phone just goes to a message to text them and they`ll get back to me. They eventually did and said they`d sort it so I took the car back only for them to say they don`t have a courtesy car in at the minute. I`ve texted a number of times regarding the courtesy car only to get the same answer. My question is if I don`t get any joy from the company about getting the car repaired can I clam my money back using the charge back on the tesco credit card?
