I've not received a monthly or annual statement for a while, why have you started sending them now?

Because of the new legislation we’ll now always send you a statement every month and an Annual Statement of Fees on the anniversary of you opening your account.

This means you’ll receive a monthly statement even if you haven’t used your account for a while or don’t have a balance on it. If you would prefer to view your statements online, you can update your paperless settings in our Mobile App or Online Banking.
