can't add loan to online banking

    I have just received sort code and account number for my new loan. I already use online banking for my Tesco credit card. There is a section of the online banking page inviting me to add my loan details to see my loan within the online banking. I add the details but get an error message every time: "Sorry, we've not been able to complete your request to add your other account." Any ideas?

    I'm sorry for the delay in responding!

    If you are trying to add the account via your current online banking log-in and you're using your personal loan sort code and account number to do so then this should automatically link up for you once processed. If you are still receiving the error please give our Online Helpdesk Team a call and they will be able to troubleshoot with you in real time to help get this resolved.
