Hi, I submitted a dispute form on August 23 2020 and received no acknowledgement. I called the customer service team today to follow up and was surprised to hear the dispute form had not been received. I resubmitted the dispute form via 2 different emails on request by the customer service advisor and the same thing happened - no acknowledgement and the emails weren't seen by the dispute resolution team. My wife is also experiencing the same issue with her chargeback dispute form/email. Any help with this issue will be appreciated.

request by law enforcement or other government agencies;
a request by you;

Termination of your registration includes removal of access to all offerings within Your Community and may also prevent you from engaging in further use of Your Community. Indemnification
