Complete it and send your message securely.

The original marriage certificate - I know that you don't want to send this.2. I can understand that you do not want to send your original marriage certificate.
As in the link I posted for information it we need one of the following bits of documentation:
Your marriage certificate – we need to see the actual document issued by the registrar on the day of marriage OR a certified copy that’s been issued by the registrar.
For a Credit Card the postal address is – Tesco Bank, PO Box 27028, Glasgow, G2 9FT
I'm not sure if you obtained a certified copy issued by the registrar when you got married abroad.

breach of these Terms of Service, the House Rules or other related agreements or guidelines;
request by law enforcement or other government agencies;
a request by you;
unexpected technical issue or problem; and
extended periods of inactivity.
Termination of your registration includes removal of access to all offerings within Your Community and may also prevent you from engaging in further use of Your Community. Furthermore, you agree that neither us nor the moderators shall be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your registration or access to Your Community.
Rights to content

Indemnification
