Logging in problem

    I've always been able to access my credit card a/c on my pc. I now get a message stating : Don't have permission to access this server withReference #18.27a71002.**sensitive info removed**.365985a5.Help, please!

    I'm sorry to hear about this and I will certainly try to help you to get it resolved.
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so they can look into this for you.
    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

    May I ask which web browser you are using ? It could be a case of clearing the browser history, cookies etc. Bear in mind that when you log back in again you would need your mobile phone or landline to hand to receive the one time passcode.

    I'm really sorry to hear you're having problems logging in.
    Initially I would do what has suggested and clear your cookies.
    The problem with that is Tesco Bank won't recognise your computer.
    So as suggested you will need to receive a new passcode.
    If that doesn't work then I suggest you send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so they can look into this for you and provide an appropriate response.

    Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.

    In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.

    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely.

    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
