Changing car usage

    I have been trying to change my usage to business use online. It says this isn’t possible and that I need to speak to someone however I don’t get provided with a contact telephone number and a number is impossible to find please can someone help. I also get warned that if I don’t use the online service to make changes I will receive an admin charge should this be the case when I have no option but to call?

    Hi , thanks for getting in touch. Usually, you should be able to add business use to your policy via Your Insurance Account (YIA) and I’ve included a link below with some more information on how to do so. However, if you’re unable to make the change online then it might be best to give us a quick call. You can Car Insurance team a quick call on 0345 246 2895 then one of my colleagues will also be able to investigate why you’ve not been able to make this change online and hopefully get everything resolved - Kelly
