Sending statements to old address

    I have a joint internet saver account with my partner. We moved house about 6 months ago and updated our address online. I'm still getting statements, address to just me, sent to the old address. I'm only aware of this as I've set up mail forwarding. We also get the same statement, addressed to both of us, sent to the correct address. I've even turned on paperless for everything a few months ago hoping that would put an end to it but a statement, sent to the old address, came this morning. Our mail forwarding will run out soon. How do I stop you sending this thing to the wrong address?
