CSV download not showing latest transactions

    The fact the SQL Query is extracting data before 24th March implies the Query is correct.

    I am assuming there is something different with the data in the database after that point which is causing this to fail. So the system will need to be taken off line 2 weeks of data removed and reinserted correctly. Not something which can be done on the fly. Hope it is this weekend and not having staff working over the Easter weekend.

    Ideally this should have been caught before the release when life, especially as a previous release caused the same issue a few months earlier.


    It's interesting that no one from Tesco can be bothered to give us anything more than a cursory "we are working on it" . Your explanation makes a lot of sense. And from what you say the longer the correction is delayed , the more data will need to be "dealt with". And it didn't happen last weekend so may be over Easter if we are lucky! But sadly it took months before they sorted the last downloading issue when the removed the qif option. But at least then we had the option of downloading the csv file and converting it with other software. Now we cannot get date in any format!!
