Hi there...I'm brand new on here! Got my credit card in December. ..love it but I'm a bit puzzled. I'm thinking of declining the increase I've been offered and tried to go online to decline. The letter I got said it wouldn't affect the way I was treated in future but on the app it says any future increase might not be offered unless I'm in the wrong place as I'm not very tech savvy....any advice or help? If I decline now will I be looked on less favourable?

If you decline this increase, it won't have a negative impact on your account and future increases will still be sent out unless you'd prefer to be removed from this process. If you'd like to opt-out, call us on 0345 300 4278, and a member of the team can help :-)


Mod Edit - You will get a letter when it's an opt in/out credit limit increase, and you can now change the preferences through online banking.
