Updating personal details.

    I am trying to update my personal details as I have received a message requesting me to do so. I need to update my tax and employment status. Each time I do this, it shows saved but then the information I have entered in the fields reverts to blank. This is happening on both the App and the website.

    I have tried this multiple times with the same result. I am able to change my email etc and that saves fine. It appears that there is a glitch in the matrix.

    Unfortunately Tesco make it difficult to communicate issues like this without a phonecall. Id rather avoid sitting in a telephone queue at the best of times, but since we are now outwith call centre hours, I have no way to inform them.

    Has anybody else experienced a similar problem?
