Pin issues

    Hi, I received my new credit card a few days ago and changed the pin. The card has become blocked but when I try unblock it by selecting the unblock card option over the phone then at an ATM I receive a message telling me to contact my cards provider.
    How do I unblock my card as when I try contact Tesco bank I just end up with the same automated options for unblocking my card so go around in a circle?

    Hey. Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry you are experiencing this. If you call the Credit Card team directly they will be able to go over this with you. You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help. When you call the automated service allow the options to be read out twice then it should give you the option to press "0" to speak to an advisor. I hope you get it all sorted😀
