QIF download includes the posted date rather than the transaction date

    Hi,
Just noticed that when transactions are downloaded the posted date is included rather than the transaction date. As you can imagine I'm not in the slightest bit interested in the posted date since this is a date important to Tesco - not me. I want to know when I spent the money not when the IT systems caught up with it. Is it possible to change this behaviour and if not can it reported as a bug to be fixed or as a feature request/enhancement to add?
    Thanks,
    Pete.

Hi @mcmonap, thanks for getting in touch. When you spend with your credit card, the retailer will request approval from us to debit your account with the transaction. Your ‘available credit’ will reduce by the amount you have spent and the transaction will show as a ‘pending transaction’ in the app. A ‘pending transaction’ only shows limited information that we have available on the transaction.

Once we receive all the details from the retailer to claim the funds, this ‘pending transaction’ will be removed and shown as a normal transaction in your statement and ‘transaction list’. At this point, your available credit and balance will be updated accordingly. The date this occurs on is referred to as the post date and is shown on your monthly statement alongside the original transaction date.
