iPad not supported

    I have been having problems accessing one of my two credit card accounts on the app on my iPad. A call to the bank told me that they are not licenced by Apple to have the app on the iPad. I find this amazing especially as I have been using the app for about four years! And why can I access one of the accounts and not the other. It is apparently licenced for the iPhone.

    Hi @MaryLou, thanks for getting in touch. We don't officially support the Mobile App on iPads - only Android Phones, iPhones and Apple Watches. We understand customers have previously been able to access the Mobile App on iPads, however this doesn't seem to be possible after the latest iOS update. As we do not officially support the app on iPads, this is not likely to change, I'm afraid. You can still access your account on your iPad by logging in to Online Banking on a browser. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
