    I accidentally cancelled my Direct Debit
    13-02-21 , 11:36

    I want to correct the mistake but can find no way to let them know of my error.

    How do I restore it before I lose cover?

    I can find no useful information / telephone number or email address on this awful website..

    I'm sorry to hear you've cancelled your direct debit accidentally.

    Is the direct debit for car insurance?
    If so you will need to speak to them on 0345 246 2895 (Mon-Fri 8am – 8pm, Sat & Sun 9am – 2pm)
    Unfortunately your direct debit can't be reinstated without speaking to you, please have your details at hand.
