Reporting lost or stolen card
why can I only report my debit card stolen over the phone when you clearly don't have the staff to cover phonelines? why not make this an online report - like it is with natwest, cancelling that card took 30 second. So far with Tesco i'm 30 minutes in and haven't spoken to anyone!
