Hi,

I have already searched posts and it just says "you can do this online", well I can't work out how to do this online, can anyone help me please?

Click on your account and then select Manage account on the right hand side.
This will take you to your Account Overview page where you need to select the relevant account.
Under the move your money section, click Manage payments.
You can then select the direct debit from the list, once selected please click Cancel.

It’s quick and easy to do this when you log into your online banking account.

1. Please log into your account and select Manage account on the right hand side.

2. This opens your Account Overview page, please select the relevant account.

3. Under the move your money section, click Manage payments.

4. Please select the direct debit from the list, then click Cancel.

Hi KellyT,

There's no "move your money" section in my online accounts.

Neither of my credit cards have that option.

They have this:

Request Types

Add an additional card holder

Change Statement Date

Get a Credit Card PIN Reminder

Request an increase to your credit limit

Manage marketing and credit limit increase preferences

Get a replacement card

Transfer a balance from another credit card

Update address, e-mail and phone number Under overview it has this: Credit Card Overview View transactions Search transactions Online statements Make a payment Money transfer Manage your account Alerts And this: Quick links What would you like to do? See all transactions since your last statement Make a payment to your Tesco Bank credit card Transfer a balance from another credit card Under online banking overview it just has my two credit cards with no links on the right. I click on a card account and these are my options: ​​​​​​​ Make a Payment Balance transfer Money transfer Your Card Direct Debit Credit Limit Additional cardholders Manage account

I;m so sorry to hear this.
Please try logging into your account online then click onto the large blue box with your balance displayed.
The page will change and there will be a list on the right as this:
Make a paymeny
Balance transfer
Money transfer
MORE
Click onto MORE and a list opens up with 'Direct Debit' included.
Click onto that and it will display direct debiit information.
Once you've got the one you want to delete below is a button to click, 'cancel direct debit'.

Sorry to hear about that, @Charlie57. Can I just double-check if this a direct debit you have set up to make payment towards your credit card, or a recurring payment to a company?

Thanks Caz, but that only brings up the direct debit that I have set up to pay the actual credit card every month.

Hi Kelly, This is one that was set up to pay Amazon.
