    Hi,

    I bought a phone and the company has winded up their operations. I have raised a chargeback for the transaction on 20 Nov but no response till now.
    Any help/advice?

    You state you've received a response now but not what the response is.

    I would suggest you send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' and ask for an update.
    Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side and click 'Send Private Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with details of your chargeback.
    You will receive a reply to your private message.
