Hi, how do I download transactions in .qif please? The website seems to have changed since I last did this in June 2020.

You can download the last 90 days of transactions (excluding Pending) in either a Microsoft Excel compatible format (csv) or tsv.

• Log in to Online Banking and click on the arrow to expand your selected account.
• Within the Transaction Tab, click on the Download button towards the top right hand side where you will be presented with an option to download your transactions in either a Microsoft Excel compatible format (csv) or tsv.
• Once you have selected your file format, your transactions will be downloaded within your current browser tab.

Thanks. The reason I asked how to download a .qif was because that's the file type my software uses (also .ofc or .ofx). The .csv and tsv formats are no use to me.

I'm afraid we don't currently have the option to download transactions in .qif format. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this causes, and I'll pass this on as feedback to our team today - Kelly

You had the option to download qif files on the old website and I had used it for years. I would also like it to be reinstated.
​​​​​​​It is so much easier to download the qif and have it automatically import into a program. Old dogs, new tricks etc.
