What is Your Insurance Account?

Your Insurance Account is our online insurance channel where you can manage your Car or Home insurance policy online. It’s an ideal way of keeping everything important together in one place, and all that you need to check and change your policies. Here are some examples of what you can do:


  • View, download and then print any of your policy documents
  • Accept your annual renewal
  • Upload and send us documents such as your proof of no claims
  • Make changes to your policy such as changing your name or address

Hi I can't login my account


Sorry to hear that @Jamil786. What seems to be the issue?


I am trying to register to register on insurance but it won’t allow me to do so because it states that you don’t have my telephone number.  I have called twice about this and have been told it should work as they have both landline and mobile numbers.  Can somebody please explain why it doesn’t work for me?

Hi @Stevens1965, I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with this. Have you received the email inviting you to register? Once you've completed this it should send the text message now that we have your correct number. Can you contact us on our Twitter or Facebook pages to discuss this?


Thank you Ross but I’ve managed to sort it now....was trying to register too early....had to wait until today!!! LOL

I can't see my home insurance policy only my car insurance renewal 

Hi @Italy2002, if the policies were set up separately then this would require separate logins. Can you try registering again and entering the Home Insurance policy number when prompted and let us know how you get on?


mnairb - is this some kind of a joke? I had an email from you telling me to access my account to find my renewal premium. It then said that I had no login with you (despite haviong a gredit card and home insurance with you) and when I then tried to register with you I got a phone call from you supposedly to give me an access code and the phone was dead. ALL I WANT IS MY RENEWAL PREMIUM!

Hi @mnairb, sorry you're having trouble registering. Our online banking and insurance log-ins are managed through separate systems, unfortunately these can't be linked at the moment. When requesting a one time access code, you'll need to make a verbal response before the one time access code will be read out as it's voice activated; apologies if this wasn't clear. If you have any trouble with this from here, please let us know.
