It won’t let me register for my insurance account as it wants a mobile number but there’s nowhere to put it and when it says contact us it leads to nothing.
Hi Gaz, I'm sorry to hear that, you can contact us on Facebook (by searching Tesco Bank) and Twitter (@tescobankhelp) to update your contact number. Or alternatively, you can call us on 0345 246 2895 for Car Insurance and 0345 246 2904 for Home Insurance. My colleagues are available Mon - Fri: 8am - 9pm and Sat - Sun: 9am - 5pm and always happy to help!
There are no documents in my insurance account, there is no button to accept my annual renewal and it will not let me update my details. Will I now be charged a fee for changing my job and industry sector because I cannot do it online and will have to call you?
Hi @ciderapple, I've just replied to your other post with regards to this. So I can look into this further, please click @CET and then at the top right there is a green button that says 'Send Message'. You can send us your full name DOB, postcode and details of the change. Please ensure all personal details are sent with a space between each of the characters – L I K E T H I S.
We also would not charge a fee in situations that you're unable to amend your details online.

I'm sorry to read that you've been having issues logging in @AGANGA. I'm afraid that you can't cancel your policy online, but if you call our Car team on 0345 246 2895 or our Home team on 0345 246 2904, both available Mon - Fri: 8am - 9pm and Sat - Sun: 9am - 5pm, they can help with your cancellation.
i have registered my home insurance account over the phone yesterday and I was advised I could view my renewal online and make changes up to 21 days before renewal. I cannot View my renewal and it’s due to renew on the 14th feb so I don’t have much time left now.
Can you please advise why this is not available for me to view as I have received a renewal email to say log on and accept/change details online"?
I'm sorry to hear that @Smax, I would usually arrange to have this posted for you. However, as your renewal is so close you may wish to give us a call on the number Scott's mentioned above so we can investigate why the document isn't available for you to download.
