What can I do in Your Insurance Account?

With Your Insurance Account, you can:


• View, download and then print any of your policy documents
• Accept your annual renewal
• Upload and send us documents such as your proof of no claims
• Make changes to your policy such as changing your name or address

It won’t let me register for my insurance account as it wants a mobile number but there’s nowhere to put it and when it says contact us it leads to nothing.

Hi Gaz, I'm sorry to hear that, you can contact us on Facebook (by searching Tesco Bank) and Twitter (@tescobankhelp) to update your contact number. Or alternatively, you can call us on 0345 246 2895 for Car Insurance and 0345 246 2904 for Home Insurance. My colleagues are available Mon - Fri: 8am - 9pm and Sat - Sun: 9am - 5pm and always happy to help! 


There are no documents in my insurance account, there is no button to accept my annual renewal and it will not let me update my details.  Will I now be charged a fee for changing my job and industry sector because I cannot do it online and will have to call you?

Hi @ciderapple, I've just replied to your other post with regards to this. So I can look into this further, please click @CET and then at the top right there is a green button that says 'Send Message'. You can send us your full name DOB, postcode and details of the change. Please ensure all personal details are sent with a space between each of the characters – L I K E T H I S.


We also would not charge a fee in situations that you're unable to amend your details online.
