Hi I had checke the junk email folder,nothing in and had tried 3 different emails already. none of them get the NCD Proof.can the NCD proof send by post?

I've just cancelled my policy and wondered when I can expect to receive the cancellation confirmation and proof of no claims email?
If your NCD has been requested by email then this normally arrives within 2 hours, however, if sent by post then it can take between 3-5 business days. If your NCD hasn't yet arrived by your chosen (and outwith timescales) method then please call on the number provided above :-)
Hi,my question is last year my insurance is £161.00 per month,n i earn NCB aswell,but this year its goes higher £251.20 per month which is cant afforadle is taht happened to anyone else aswwell?

Hi @shabaz80, I’m sorry you’ve seen an increase in your premium this year. Our underwriters regularly review their rates, which means premiums can increase even when no individual details have changed. If you want to call our customer service team, they can check the premium. Our number is 0345 2462895 or 0113 8209990 from a mobile. The opening hours are 08:00-21:00 Mon-Fri & 09:00-17:00 Sat-Sun.
I have decided not to renew my insurance, i was sent a email stating it and that i would be able to access my proof of no claims discount for my next insurer.
When logging in via the email it still states that my renewal is up on the 19th Jan and i cant seem to find and download my proof of no claims documentation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
