Hi @partenogeneze24 you can request this information by calling our Customer Service team on 0345 673 0000* and they will arrange for new documents to be sent to you.
*This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
You can find proof of your No Claims in either:
• The renewal pack we sent you before your policy ended
• The cancellation / lapse letter we sent you when your policy ended
I want to know how I can get the history of my No Claim Bonus.
I was covered in your company from April 2011 to March 2014.
It is very important for me.

I had already contact the number 3 times, and I had still recived nothing. the frist time I called was 16/11,ask to send me the NCD proof and it's 5/12 now, still not arrived. So I called again this afternoon, ask fot NCD send to my email. Said I will get it in 2 hours. I waited for 5 hours, nothing coming into my email, and called the 3rd time, said the same things, then I waited another 3 hours, still not get it. are there any other way i can get it? is it so hard to get such things for me then collect money from me?
Hi @yaotanghu, can I check if this has went into your junk email folder? If not we do have an option for updating the email we hold for you, just call the Customer Service team on 0345 246 2895 and they can try sending this to a different email for you.
