My car insurance ends today. I need NO CLAIM BONUS document and will this document be sent by post, email or will it be available on my online account ?? Do I have to do anything to receive this document or will it be available automatically on the expiry date of Insurance ??

Who would I need to contact to receive full proof of no claims discount. I currently have 14 years NCD, but because insurance through Tesco only recognises 9 years, after being insured with you for the last 12 months I'm effectively losing 5 years NCD built up.

My car insurance ends year ago. Now, I would like to insure my new car again, but i can't find my Tesco no claim proof on my insurance account, I only have proofs from the other insurance company.
In total I have 4 years no claim, but i can only proof 2 years, where I can find my Tesco no claim proof?
