We're happy to make payments directly to your vet, as long as your vet agrees. If you'd like us to do this you just need to let us know when you fill out the claim form. You'll also need to pay the relevant excess to your vet first.

My question is regards to Tesco Bank pet insurers offering direct payments.
The vet I'm soon due to register with have stated the following: "we can claim direct but we must get a pre-authorisation form from your insurance and they must say they will pay out before we can claim direct."
Firstly, how would I go about getting a pre-authorisation form?
Second, where it states "they must say they will pay out before we can claim direct." ... Could I get this in writing or something when I go about getting this insurance? (I have avoided getting it until I have everything in place).

Hi I have just taken out insurance for my 2 pups both 13 weeks old . I have taken out premium 10k year policy. Is the 10k for each dog . Thanks Kevin
