Can you please help. I have taken a 3 month payment holiday but my credit file with all agencies is showing missed payments since I took it end of March. My score has fell dramatically and will affect my future plans. How can this be prevented?
If you pop a Private Message to @Tesco-Bank with your name, date of birth and postcode they'll be able to look into this further for you-Tesco Bank have publicly stated that no customers will be adversely impacted on their credit files as a result of the COVID-19 Repayment Holiday.
