I recently opened a new Internet Saver account online but am unable to make payments from this account to any of my existing payees through the mobile app? When I click on the orange circle in the bottom left of the screen the only options I have are l View Transactions, Save now or statemtents an documents.Any suggestions why?
Sorry you're having trouble using the mobile app. Are you able to transfer money to existing payee's through our Online Banking? If no, it would be best to speak to our Savings Team, who can have a look into your account and see why you're unable to transfer funds. Attached is a link with their contact number. Hope this helps 🙂
