Comments

I cancelled a subscription, however this was not carried out by the publication and they have charged the yearly subscription to my credit card. I have flagged this with them, however, I believe I'm not responsible for this debited transaction. How do I get this flagged to the correct department?

Hi @ajw1177, if you contact us on the telephone numbers on the top post on this thread we will be happy to discuss this with you and see what we can do to help.
