To change back to paper statements, log in to Online Banking and follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on your account then select 'Manage account' on the right hand side.
Step 2: Select “Manage your account” from the left hand menu and then select 'Statement options'
Step 3: Select the option 'No thanks, I would like to keep receiving my paper statements' and "OK".
Alternatively, if you’re using our app, you can go to the settings menu and select the “Paperless” option. Here you can toggle on or off the products you want to go paperless whenever you want.
Remember, if it’s just a one off paper statement you need for proof of income, identity or address, you can order one by calling us on 0345 300 4278* and we’ll send you one by post within 7-10 working days.

If you wish to change back to paper statements for all your Tesco Bank Credit Cards, please remember to follow the steps above for each credit card.
