Tesco bank only one of the banks that don't want to be annoyed via e-mail contac.t

The Tesco bank doesn't have any e-mail contact option for customers which is a very odd thing at the 21 century, isn't it?

So it's now like, the Tesco bank doesn't like the e-mail contact and we, the customers don't like to spend money and nerves on the phones to call to Tesco bank ....

So, everything is at the most all right, now...

But only the time self will shows which of them will get more of complications in future...

Hi @donecek333 and thanks for your feedback. We are looking into alternate methods of contact and as soon as we have an update for our customers, we'll let you know on Community :-)

According to Which?, you have been aware of this problem since 2011 so not getting there fast. The excuse then was that it was a Data Protction issue that email couldn't be used as a messaging service. Other banks have secure messaging services so why is Tesco Bank still dithering?

Hi @harrisom66, thanks for your message. As Scott has mentioned above we are looking into alternative methods and will post on this forum when we have an update.

Hello,

thank you very much for such positive message as this matter is important for all of us.

There are not Tesco branches so it's important to offer an e-mail contact as not everybody prefers phoning in the dark...
