• I have a credit balance on my credit card, how do I get it back?

    If you have a credit balance following a refund and would like these funds returned to you, you can arrange this yourself via online banking or the Mobile Banking App.

    Online Banking
    • Log in to Online Banking
    • Select your credit card account
    • From the drop down menu, select Money transfer and follow the instructions

    Mobile Banking App
    • Log in to the app
    • Select Account management
    • Select Money transfer and then follow the on screen instructions

    When this type of refund is processed, you may incur a money transfer fee. Rest assured that we'll automatically refund this to you within 10 working days and there is no need to contact us. You can view your transactions by logging into online banking or via the Mobile Banking App.
    If you chose to transfer more your credit balance, normal fees and charges will apply.

      My money transfer is on £15.12, when I try and request this it says the minimum amount for transfer is £100. What do I do?
