    Accessing My Car Insurance Account

    Hi, I have my policy number, when I try and login using the button in the email I received my policy number in, it takes me to the login screen. I have forgotten my user name. I click on the forgotten user name screen and fill it in. I do this and it takes me to another screen asking me for more info as there are multiple accounts with my name. I complete this including my policy number and then it gives me the following message -'Sorry, those details don't match an existing user. If you have registered, check your details are correct, including your Postcode and try again. If you haven't registered, you can register now'

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems accessing your car insurance account.
    Best way forward would be to call the Car Insurance team on 0345 246 2895 (Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 2pm Sun: Closed). They'll do everything they can to assist you.

    However as they're closed today you could send a private message to Tesco Bank to see if they're able to checked this out for you.


    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.

    Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.

    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.

    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with your policy number.
