Accessing My Car Insurance Account
Hi, I have my policy number, when I try and login using the button in the email I received my policy number in, it takes me to the login screen. I have forgotten my user name. I click on the forgotten user name screen and fill it in. I do this and it takes me to another screen asking me for more info as there are multiple accounts with my name. I complete this including my policy number and then it gives me the following message -'Sorry, those details don't match an existing user. If you have registered, check your details are correct, including your Postcode and try again. If you haven't registered, you can register now'
