• Charge back - 16 weeks and counting.... still nothing...

    Any idea how long its taking? I have nothing resolved, no money and only request I have had is to re-send documents which I have already sent and that was back on the 7th July..... I thought Easyjet was bad, but this is taking the biscuit...

    I have been waiting from the 17th May after 7 weeks i was told they required more information but i was a priority after another 3-4 weeks i was told they needed even more information and that was the last i heard .

    Hi I would recommend that you send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so they can check this out and pass to disputes and respond with an update.
