how do i get a copy of my ncb from tesco? its complicated through the pc tried to contact by phone get passed about quite a bit then cut off?i have insurence through you but i have another car and need a copy of the insurence no claims bounus so they can mirror the ncb to another car

I'm really sorry to hear your having difficulties.

Your proof of no claims discount is shown on your previous policy.
You could call the Car Insurance team on 0345 246 2895 (Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat: 9am - 2pm.
As an alternative you could send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' for someone to check this out for you.
Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
Complete it and send your message securely.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
