    Hi trying to get chargeback from lastminute.com just impossible to get through trying for months so done chargeback with Tesco credit card the service is not very good from April it said six weeks after that they said 2 weeks then it was 3 days now latest call says a week has anyone actually got chargeback from Tesco credit Card thanks

    I'm really sorry the chargeback is taking longer than usual.
    This is down to unprecedented levels of claims.
    Then each claim has to be gone though on an individual basis.
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' for someone to check out your chargeback from lastminute.com and provide you with an update.
    To do this click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely.
