    Lost payment

    I mistakenly used my Credit Card to transfer money to an account with Argos. This money was debited from my card but was not accepted by Argos. It seems to have disappeared. How can I get it back? If I can! Argos can't help.

    Thanks for your post.

    I think the best option would be calling our Customer Service department on 0345 300 4278 (open 24/7) and they will be able to discuss your options.

    Please select option 2 for general queries and listen to it twice and if none of those options are suitable it will give you the option to speak to an advisor.
