We have booked a room at a hotel in Spain and paid with the TESCO cc. The room was booked in January on a non refundable basis. The hotel have now emailed to say that due to COVID they are closed for the 2020 season and have given us the opportunity to book for 2021. We do not want to transfer our dates and would like a refund but they are refusing. Would chargeback be the correct form to fill in to claim a refund from TESCO? Thanks
