Hi I can see that would be quite annoying.If it doesn't tell you on your documentaton online then it could be something Tesci Bank could look into for you.Send then a 'Private Message' by clicking on then 'Send a Message' (top right hand side). Please include your full name, DoB & post code. I'm sure someone at Tesco Bank wiill bne only too happy to help.Hope this helps!
