    Did you hear anything yet. I was told 6 weeks! Communication from Tesco bank has been awful to say the least. Get nowhere on phone because all I hear is I'll escalate it to my manager for a call back. Waiting weeks on the callback that never came and still no refund.

    Hi The disputes team are currently handling a huge volume of claims, and are working as quickly as possible to deal with them. There is a delay with some claims of between 75 > 120 days, although 6 weeks is still the average timescale. Please make sure that you have all the information for your claim to hand, so you are prepared when the disputes team call.You can also send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message', to request an update from the disputes team on your claim.
    Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely.
    Please remember to include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
