I have found 2020 EOY Tax certificates for my Current Accounts but I also had a couple of closed Easy Access accounts and these certificates don't appear in the document store

The best thing is to send Tesco Bank a private message so this can be checked out and an appropriate response can be provided.
Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with your account details.
You will receive a reply to your private message, with the appropriate response.

I checked my account a couple of days ago, and I noticed that have a similar issue. I currently live abroad, and I have no idea when I will be back, especially now with the current COVID19 situation. I tried to call the support but, I either cannot receive a specific number or reach them. I think the issue is that I’m calling from abroad. Usually, I try to visit the financial institution and ask all the questions directly. I recently contacted those guys from removed* I have to provide them too and declare them.
