Anisley, You mentioned "We don't have a timescale for when the claims will be processed at the moment" ... do you have a timescale now? Would be good to have some form of communication from Tesco's regarding the progress of my claim ... can you arrange this? Cheers

After I complained both to the ombudsman and to Tesco I did get a fairly quick refund. Months later, last week, I also had my interest refunded by Tesco and - to my delight - they also gave me the difference in the cost of the flights. I'm very pleased... I hope you did OK in the end too.
