    Cannot login with Firefox

    I use firefox on Windows10. After your recent update - when I click on the login link from the home page - I just get a blank screen.

    Hi, thanks for getting in touch. We support the latest version of Firefox so you should be able to log in okay, you maybe just need to update your browser.     I do have the latest version of Firefox: 66.0.3When I click Login, I am directed to this URL: https://identity.tescobank.com/pf/adapter2adapter.ping And it stops there, showing a blank page. I have checked my cookie settings and made sure the site is whitelisted, I have also disabled extensions that may have caused the page not to load, but they have had no effect.This is a recent change - it was fine I think no more than 1 month ago.

    I'm really sorry you're still having issues. You should be able to login if you're using the most updated version of Firefox, . You'd be best to call our Online Helpdesk team anytime on 0345 300 3511 so they can take a closer look. Apologies again for any inconvenience.

    Hi
    Can you confirm what you are trying to log into?
    Are you logging in to Online Banking - https://identity.tescobank.com/pf/adapter2adapter.ping
    Or are you trying to log in to Community - https://yourcommunity.tescobank.com/
    If it's Community, since our recent platform upgrade on March 21st we are aware of an issue registering using Chrome, Firefox and Safari. But I've not heard of this logging in issue until you reported it.
    Can you take some screenshots of your journey if you don't mind.
    And can you also try using another browser - ideally Edge as this seems to work for registering.
