    customer service don't pick up the phone!

    Tried to call Tesco on three occasions and used up my pay and go credit simply trying to talk to someone. Really fed up and will go elsewhere for my Mastercard services. Simply want to order a new card! Still on hold and no answer. Rediculous

    Sorry you've had trouble getting through to us when you called, . If you have access to online banking you'll be able to order a new card there; from the online banking overview please select the arrow symbol displayed underneath your account balance, followed by 'Manage account', then 'Manage your account' and finally 'Get a replacement card.' Once you submit your request the card will take 5-7 calendar days to arrive.
