If you have access to online banking you'll be able to order a new card there; from the online banking overview please select the arrow symbol displayed underneath your account balance, followed by 'Manage account', then 'Manage your account' and finally 'Get a replacement card.' Once you submit your request the card will take 5-7 calendar days to arrive.
