My wife and I share a credit card. She is the secondary holder. Her PIN is locked and we cannot unblock it, even with PIN reminder and using ATM. Just says invalid transaction. When I ring helpdesk, secondary card holders are not allowed to talk to a real person, just visit website for PIN reminder.... and round we go again. How can we speak to a real person please?

Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
Complete it and send your message securely.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode as well as your wife's details.

Usually the team are very good in replying to private messages and respond the same day.
You will receive an email when a new private message comes in on this site for you to view.
If you've not had a reply by later this afternoon I can escalate it buyt hopefully that won't be necessary.
