    Didn't receive a product I bought, company not replying

    Hi there, I made a purchase on my credit card and have not received the product or been able to get any response from their customer services. What can I do please?

    If they aren't replying, then you'll have to file a credit claim dispute. You'll have to ring up Tesco Credit Cards and talk them through what's happened. They will probably send you a claim to fill in too and supply evidence.
