    Change of phone number verification code

    I know my log in details but the site won't let me in without sending a code to my mobile and the number has changed. All I want to do is log in to change my address details and this website is awful just takes me round and round I have been trying to contact you for over an hour. Phoning in waiting times are ridiculous. Please help me complete this simple task and improve your customer service!!!

    Hi @Mary68, you can either update this on the 'contact information' section of your online banking or by giving us a call on 0345 300 3511 and I hope this information helps.

    This is the worst website I ever used, not user friend,y at all. I have recently lost my phone but can not find anywhere to change my number I am getting so frustrated

    I don’t have a phone though and can not log into my internet banking as doing it of my I pad so need the verification code I just don’t think it should be this difficult

    Hi , if you don't have access to a phone we can post this to you within 3 - 5 working days.
    Please click @Tesco-Bank and then at the top right there is a green button that says 'Send Message'. You can send us your DOB and postcode and we can send you a temporary security number in the post. Please ensure all personal details are sent with a space between each of the characters – L I K E T H I S.

    You also have the option to contact us on our Twitter or Facebook pages to arrange this. Alternatively you can request this via text message buy giving our team a call on 0345 300 3511 (24/7) should you not find this page suitable. I hope this helps.

    I am having the same problem here (support is great but the website is so not user friendly... took me half hour to get here). I am at work so I will be able to call at some point but could I know in advance what details are needed so I can have them ready?
