Hi , this isn't an email address but is a private messenger through this site. We don't have a general customer service email address.

Wish I knew if the Thames Valley Police Force are offering these pockets. My Bank debit card was cloned last year and whilst I got back all the money, it was a hassle and a worry.

Recently, I had another experience of an unwanted Debit by Contactless.

On an evening journey across London I used my Oyster Card.
At one busy Station - in the dark - I pulled out a card for the Oyster Reader.
Only as I saw the card hovering over the reader did I notice it was a Credit Card.

Result ? An "incomplete journey" which defaults to a maximum fare.
(.....and a lengthy phone call to Customer Services)

Of course it was "my fault"....
...except if I had had my choice of non-Contactless respected, such a mistake would have had zero consequence.

Given all the reports of banking and card fraud...
Quite why any Bank would object to satisfying "safety first" Customers is a mystery !
